Well after doing the first 2 runs in week 1, I pulled my hamstring and was in agony that was 2 weeks ago, today is the first day I dont feel in pain, so do I start again tonight or give it a few days an just try a walk tonight, any ideas please.

Rest another day, then go for walk tomorrow, you don't want to push yourself and end up going back to square 1.
Thanks for this I am really wanting to get back to it but am a bit nervous, will let you know how I do, when do you think would be a good time to try week 1 again?
If it doesn't hurt when you walk, have 1 more rest day and start again but slowly. The aim is to run for 1m but this is allowed to be very very slow, sprinting isn't necessary. This will probably become more apparent as you move through the weeks. Sometimes if you have a bit of a niggle it'll go when you start moving it. If running is too much go for a fast walk. Keep it moving, get the blood flowing.
The most important thing is you don't give up, but if you are in serius pain stop. You can do it! Keep us informed.
