It's all STILL about "the HILL"...

Due to a timing error (no Laura to coach me) on W4R1, today that blasted hill came (correctly) about half way into the first long run.

It won. I had to walk the last 4 or 5 steps to the crest, but started running again and finished the 5 minutes.

It didn't help that it was already 23° and the humidity was...well, we won't go there. Bears repeating-it's not the heat, it's the humidity.

But I've seen the full length of that beast now, and come W4R3 that hill is MINE!

Onwards and upwards.....

You did do it! I have a hill too. Well more of a mountain to me! it has been bugging me all the way through so far (Iam on W6R3 tomorrow). I had either run up it or down it but it wasn't until W5R3 that I had to do both! It is hard because since then, the runs have shortened again until tomorrow when I have to go up and down and am nervous again!! Oh well, trust in Saint Laura! :D Good luck to you!
