W4R2...hard to believe! And aching knees feel much better this week.

I was sure in weeks 1 & 2 that I would probably not finish the program, but somehow the weeks are going by. :-) And every time I have thought, I can't possibly do this, I just try to relax and believe it when Laura says you can do this, based on your previous runs.

And I am beginning to feel like a runner! And can't believe I was worried about 60 seconds of running :-) And it has all definitely been a good influence on my eating habits. Healthier food makes me feel better, now that my body feels better.

I found out about this program through Weight Watchers and am so glad about that. I have wanted to run for several years but never knew there were programs like this to get you started. And I'm even feeling inspired to do make other changes in life, too, though I am concentrating on this for now, until it is a good, solid habit.

Thanks for all your stories. I read them most days and find it very motivating.
