I know how you feel; I have just completed W3 and the jumps from W2 are quite scary. I am no expert but all I can suggest is REALLY, REALLY believe you can do it and go for it (at a steady pace). Once you complete the first of the longer runs you then know you can do it and as bizarre at it sounds the shorter runs that we all struggled with in the previous week start to become much easier. Additional W3 motivation is waiting for you towards the end of the podcast in the form of happy banjo(?) music - guaranteed to have you grinning as it is so out of place with the rest of the music! Good Luck.

Keep on going and trust the program!

I agree with HumptyD, just believe in yourself.

Also, I remember Laura's breathing tip from week 2 where you count 4 breaths in and 4 out in time with your steps - if I concentrate on this instead of thinking "is the time up yet?", then I find the time goes quicker because I'm not conscious of it - hope that helps! Good luck! :)

I'm hoping to start W3 tomorrow - I'm planning on taking it slow but also I'm trying to convince myself that its no more running than in W2, just in a different order, so it'll be fiiine - keep telling yourself that! Good luck :)
