I finally did wk9 run 3 this morning, can't believe I have actually done this, but onwards and upwards. I can actually run for 30 mins woop woop, thank you to everybody on this site for all your post and blogs. X ps going to ask for my graduate badge

Congratulations, hoping to join you tomorrow. Do you have a plan now for how you are going to continue? I am considering just trying to fit in at least a couple of 30 minute runs a week, going to a beginners running club on Monday to see if it motivates me to do more.
