Football interupted my plans as my hubby unavailable to keep me company. (delicate after prem league final game!) so first run today since Friday.....seems ages and felt like it too. Struggled to settle in but finished...just. Also ran in the evening today and found it hard work after having heels on for work. Back to mornings for me!

I much prefer mornings. Well done for persevering

Even though running after a break is hard, good for you for doing it. Maybe you can come up with a backup plan in case another mini-break presents itself? Like a 15 minute solo run if hubby can't come, just to keep you in the habit?
