I have four runs left and I'm wondering if I dare enter a Parkrun event after I finish. Has anyone attempted it?

Based on the time you've just done 5k (27 mins!!!) in I would say that you should go and do it...no need to wait for finishing (although I know you've probably only got a few more runs left).

Which is your local one?

PS - I did my first one yesterday & it was good...even though I was nearly last and beaten by an 80+ year old lol.

Well done and on the positive side, you can only improve!! :-) 'Nearly last' means you weren't last and you can set your sights on beating the 80+ year old next time.

Yep, and it's great fun. Done 8 now since I graduated last Oct/Nov. It's great to see my times improve.
