How are the knees
Hi Greg, my knees are bruised but ok on the outside. The left one, the rear outer ligaments and tendons are still very painful, and I can't bear weight on it if it's locked out, just feels like it's going to bend the wrong way!! I haven't run since Sunday, (arrghh driving me crazy not being able to get out!) but have had two gym sessions this week doing a few leg extensions to try and strengthen it. My ankle took the best part of three weeks to get better so I don't expect much more from this one as it's more extreme.
I think I might try and get back to swimming a bit next week, keep up the speed of it for the aerobic stuff, but nothing impact on the joint.
