Well I've just been onto my account with Good Run Guide and planned a new route for tomorrow's run week 7/3. Its in completely the opposite direction to where I have been running so will just have to wait and see how it goes.
If its good to run I can extend this quite easily for weeks 8 & 9. Its also got 3 different surfaces instead of all tar. Here's hoping for nice weather though or I could be running in water for some part of it.
