There are a number of them about and they are all similar in nature though probably differ in some details.
The main difference is that this one's the best!

More seriously, the basic plan is the same but the music and commentaries differ. And Greg_M is right!

Yes, I tried out one last week, He was american and really dull but the music was better (sorry). I still think c25k is the best obviously !!
