I completed week 2 this morning but would like to repeat week 2 all over again? Is this advisable & has anyone else done it?

There is absolutely no reason why you can't repeat any of the weeks as often as you like until you feel ready to go further.

Many people repeat weeks just go at your own pace and you will enjoy it more and gain confidence. Good luck

I repeated week 2 because I wanted to build up my confidence a little bit - started week 2 again but after R2 I thought i'm ready for week 3 and just went for it. I'm doing the same with week 3 and again half way through the repeat I'm going to jump to week 4. My attitude is better a successful tortoise than an knackered hare!

I repeated lots of the weeks until I felt confident to go on to the next. I started in January and am now on week 8 R2 so certainly taking the slowly but surely approach. Good luck!

Go at your pace and repeat whichever runs you feel you need to. I've repeated lots of weeks since starting in feb (currently on wk6r2). But feel great when I've completed each new run. Well done!
