Hiya everyone, I do hope you are all okay. Like my title states, I completed my second run of week 4. I am my finding my stamina is getting better run by run, and I can endure the runs. The only thing that's letting me down this week are my knees, I'm not a treadmill runners, I hit the roads, but last week I was at war with hills. So I think it is the aftershock, anyway its all mind over matter. Anyway all that matter im getting a buzz from doing this, and inside I'm feeling great.
