week 7

So i decided to run this evening a few things i have learnt from this programme 1. running sock -great love them 2. mind over matter 3. keep going and lots of other things i enjoyed this run tonight lots of dear on the way round the woods and again i managed 25minutes and went further again this plan is great , stick to it and it will be done couch to 5k im getting there cant wait till next run week 7 run 2.
