Chuffed to finish week 2 got this far last year then injured myself playing football - so keeping away from that this year!!

Really confident I can do this and would be do proud - not ever ran I'm 39 hated running at school so never even tried it since - was told last month I am overweight / obese high blood pressure and chlorestorel - so sorted diet started walking an hour a day then Started running last week - really want this now!! Lost a stone so far so just overweight now so going right way!!!
