just go straight into week 5 you should manage it ,

Ditto - you've done enough to have built up a 'bank' of fitness. I had a 4-week break at about this point and was still OK to carry on. Go for it - we're watching!!!

Good luck, I'd have tried w5 just to see how I'd get on first, if I struggled a bit too much I'd repeat w4 but I'm sure you'll be fine.

I woke up this morning with a stinky cold, dragged myself out tho and did week 5 run 1, felt better afterwards, I timed it wrong tho and ended up doing a further 3 minute run at the end as I was so far from my car ! 5.08 k in total, well chuffed
