Just one run left until I "graduate" don't really feel like I will truly "graduate" until I do 5km - I did 4.15km today including warm up and cool down walks. However I AM getting faster. It was a beautiful morning with frosty grass and rising sun... I've definitely earned my hot cross bun!
Also bought a new sports bra yesterday - Panache (if anyone is interested) - MEGA comfy! Seemed to do the job it was intended for...
Have a lovely Easter weekend everyone.. to be honest if I can do this C25k malarchy then I reckon anyone can!!

Well done ClearlyAM. You will get to 5K but just think when you graduate you can run for a whole 30 minutes...that's pretty amazing and worth celebrating in my book. At the start of the 9 weeks 30 mins seems such a long way (well it is!) so when you've done your 3rd run let out a whoop and celebrate!
That is great - well done. To me right now, the idea of running for 30 minutes just sounds like such an achievement that I can't wait to get to, so be pleased with yourself and enjoy your hot cross bun!
