Week 2 completed - Did struggle!

Managed to complete my 3rd run today in the sun. I didn't find it easy, I am one of those people who turns into a beetroot when doing anything! But I did it and now thinking of my plan for week 3. I'm feeling more worried now as there is no doubt I'm pushing myself and I have considered whether I should do week 2 again before progressing??? However, I did what I was told so sticking to the plan and will see how I manage!!

Most of us worry about going forward into the next week, it's also amazing what happens to your ability between runs, if you hurt too much and just can't finish a run then repeating a run or two is perfectly ok, if you pushing but finishing that's good you may just need to slow down a bit, listen to what your body says not your mind :) relax and don't worry
