Started with my first run yesterday. I haven 't run since school so it was hard but I managed to keep going. I definitely didn' t look like a proper runner and was very purple faced when I got home. Luckily i can run where there are very few people so wasn't too embarrased. Just wanted to say how inspiring you all are and you've given me the confidence to try this having never thought I could before.
