Head wind made parts of that really tough on the breathing, ( that and I'm still smoking - yes folks I now, I now, I am a poor advert; chocolate eating, wine drinking, smoker - I'm keeping it 'real' ?? No? No... lol )
so I dodged off course and went 'cross country' on footpaths across the fields, was ready to stop when time came but did good out there
That's 48 mins of running put in this week! Still can't quite adjust to the fact it's me out there, I am surprising myself and that's a real good feeling
