Finished Week 1, Run 3. Do I have to wait 2 days before starting Week 2, or does one day's rest suffice?

As long as you have at least one day's rest and feel ready, you should be fine. I've done this on quite alot of weeks, but sometimes I've felt like I needed a little longer between runs so left it two days.

Good luck with the programme :-)

Take as long as you want. But definitely take 1 days rest, it will really help later on when you start running with the big kids! You don't want to hurt yourself and not make the experience enjoyable :/
