And three weeks in to the get back at it plan. 10k shouldn't be a problem, a PB isn't looking likely though...

The last week of three runs this week, I'm adding a forth, longish, run at the weekend from next week. It'll also be the first run not on a treadmill for sometime, so should be an interesting guage of how I'll do in the real world.

This week has gone according to plan, harder than I'd expected, and not as quick as I might like, but I can feel in coming back. if that makes sense.
