10 days ago I pulled a calf muscle that had me unable to walk properly or cycle. Today was the first walk since then, and it was OK.

Sorry about you pulling a calf muscle FoleyB, that happened to me about 5 years ago just lying in my bed, so it's not just walking or running when that can happen, glad you can walk again, it won't be long until you can run again too, take everything slowly.
