Having completed my C25K challenge yesterday I wanted to say that I AM absolutely overwhelmed with the support and encouragement that I have had during this journey. I truly feel part of a family. I had a few tricky moments and you pulled me through. I have more confidence now and I am looking forward to new challenges that lay ahead. I am proud and honoured to know you all and I fully intend to stick around and support others who are on this journey. Thank you once again. Xx

🍏🎄 That’s the best news & a lovely Christmas present! Your support will be invaluable to us all. Congratulations on such a great achievement and ending the year on such a high note! 👌
Congratulations to you Baggieboys61 on completing C25K, you should be very proud yourself, we all like to encourage each other and new runners on this forum ✅🏃🏃, before those new challenges run about 4/30 minute consolidation runs, onwards and upwards ✅🏃
Will do. Yes it was tough at times. It’s as much about mental strength as it is physical. I was determined not to take any breaks. Worked out well in the end.
well done Baggie you as they say smashed it well and truly , I’ve got a week to go just been on run 2 week 8 was a little harder gojng as I went out for a Christmas drink last night and had 6 Guinness ! But I got there !. Well done on your achievement
It truly is a fabulous forum when you consider some other social media groups this community is friendly and supportive in times of joy and sadness 💚 congrats !!
It's awesome, isn't it? I've been ill and haven't followed all of your journey, but when I did C25K last year I found exactly the same. You'll notice too as you consolidate that the support is the same. I also received lots of help over post C25K humps and bumps - and despite being a relatively junior 62yo, that support still means a great deal ...😄
