Having run the last two sessions outdoors I can now realise how my treadmill tricked me in to thinking that I was fitter than I actually was. Thank goodness I didn’t run the whole C25K on it. That first park run would have been a shock to the system. I m enjoying it so much more now. Plus my sessions are more realistic and the stats more accurate. It will come in handy from time to time particularly in the winter. But it has ceased to become my go to. Once again thank you all for your comments and views on this subject in previous posts.

Yes, as we said before...the great outdoors is , really great, but So different..
This is where the strength and stamina routines we put in as well, do impact... helping us to negotiate the uncertainty of wind, weather, and terrain!
