A couple of days ago I did the second beyond C25K run which unlocks after completing the first one. This one is shorter at 16 mins, but incorporates 1 minute intervals where you run quicker. I got through it and it was a lot tougher than I expected. The positive thing is that I know from previous experience that it is the best way to improve the pace of my running and that is one of my next objectives alongside slowly building up the distance I can run.
