And week 6 is started …. I found those intervals harder than running for 20mins on week 5. Go figure 🤣🤦♀️🤔
Still flipping muggy I’m glad I went with a vest and shorts still sweated tho , managed to get out and do this straight after I got home from work , it had to be done or otherwise I would have made some lane excuse that I couldn’t do today.
Dare I sneak a peak at run 2 🤔 given what week 5 was like 🤣🤣

Thanks and yes hey ho least I’m not quitting that’s the main thing . Week 2 I was ready to quit . Now here I am in week 6 and I’m like nope I ain’t quitting I’ve come too far
