Been keeping an eye on the whole C25K thing with a view to dipping my toe in it. However various health issues have prevented me from doing so
Thanks to diabetic retinopathy I am now blind in my rigjt eye with possible glaucoma in the left. Throw in balance issues with a phobic fear of tripping and almost agoraphobic fear of going out in the dark, is it worth it?

Good morning and welcome back! I remember your post from last year ?
Did you get some professional advice then to get the all clear... ?You talked then about running inside in the gym. have you been doing this?
I had a look back , and the advice we gave then, obviously still stands, but someone here may have similar ( though not the same) issues.
Is there a running club in your area, where you may e able to run, ( in the day) or if in the evening, with others. Maybe a friend who could be willing to start C25K with you?
Please. let is know, where you are with your running and your thoughts?
