I've already posted as didn't see this but, in a nutshell, about fifty C25K and just completed week three - managed 20 minutes for 2nd 3 min run and med to get fit for August. Also, hate 'exercise'! Lol!

I am a tad confused though, after reading your other post... which week you are on?
You say you are on Week 3, but your other post says you have completed Week 9 ? Where in the programme are you?
