just completed W7 R3 and 1 minute before end of 25 min run felt a little tug in right calf , stopped running and walked home , bit sore in calf area but fine to walk - left it 3 days went back out with compression sleeves on , 10 minutes in and feeling good then felt a tug in calf , and had to stop argh !!!!! - doing the stretches before and after , am so annoyed, but not sure how long to leave it before going out running again or what to do 😫😣, don’t want to lose all that momentum of 7 weeks of hard work ………….😓

Ouch indeed... you do need to make sure that this is really healed. We think it is then when we head out... the damage is still there and makes its presence felt again. It may be worth getting it checked out.

I had similar and saw my sports physio... it really helped.

Yep gonna give it a good week off and then see how it feels with a light jog, and look up a good sports physio in the area in case !
