We're almost at the finish line, finished week 8 on Tuesday, going to take a longer break than usual and start week 9 on Saturday to give my body a break, doesn't feel that long ago since I started this

🍏 Excellent point to be at! Well done! Yes it’s good to listen to our bodies. Enjoy your final week. It’s good to take rest days from running, however please don’t forget to do your Strength & Flex exercises every day to support your running!
