That’s a bit of a change of scenery! Glad you got out. Sounds like a nice run!
Where are you on your run journey now? How are things going in general?
I’m just keeping going still not getting full 5k in half hour about 4.3 so just short but if I keep going sure I’ll get there like it’s says half hour or 5k either way much better than when I started so all good really thanks
