25 min run in the bag and couldn’t be happier. I did get this stupid pelvic pain 5 mins before the end of the run. But managed to continue. Thankfully it didn’t get too severe and eased within 5 mins of me walking.🤞🏼 keeping fingers crossed I can do it again!!
week 6 complete : 25 min run in the bag and... - Couch to 5K

I am sure you that you can do it again Sar9, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6 of C25K, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, let's hope that the pelvic pain doesn't return, onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 3 /25 minute runs, not long now until you graduate.

Congratulations on your run! Another one ticked off and you’re right to be pleased with yourself. That pain is a right pain for you though. Sorry you’re having to deal with that. Have you talked to anyone about what to do if you get pain when you’re running? One of the best things I did when I was having issues was to see a physio. He was able to give me clear guidance about what degree of pain was acceptable at different points in the run and when it was better for me to stop. Mentally that was a game changer because I felt so much more in control and I knew what was a “minor grumble that will probably pass as you warm up” and what was a “that’s enough for today” issue. For me, anything above a 3/10 was a stop immediately matter but that’s based on someone looking at me and knowing my history.
Good luck for your next run!

🍏wonderful to be into these longer runs now.. sorry about this pain but glad it goes away! As MissUnderstanding says it may be worth a chat with a sports Physio… if it keeps returning. Well done 👏 this is an awesome week to have completed!!!

well done! You might benefit from low drop shoes like Hoka if that pain carries on.
