I did the first step on C25K and found it okay the following morning I was a little stiff on my legs but I have a sore knee…. It’s improved throughout the day but wish to do step 2 tomorrow evening (I’ve started with a club, so really want to continue) any thoughts would be great.

🍏 How wonderful that you have started on Week 1 of the plan and sorry about your knee pain. We don’t advise running with any pain before consulting a GP or Sports Physio.
Sometimes running in a group makes us run a little faster than we should. Make sure you are running slowly at the back at your own pace, so you don’t end up with pain.
It would be good to try and fit in some strength and flex alongside your running to strengthen those knees and supporting structures! Let us know how you get on!

Well done you!
Have you read the pinned post, or some of it on how to run C25K? So useful and so much information. Use it as an encyclopedia of great information!
