Moving on.

Well am now doing wk7r2. again. At the moment I am only doing two runs per week . On Tuesday 's I usually have a long walk with a friend so I need the extra rest day. As I tell everyone else, it works for me. Am now going to try knee strengthening exercises as well as the hip exercises in Pilates. They are really helping. I am determined to finish this time.

Enjoy your run! Making the plan work for you is exactly right. That’s the best thing about running-totally adaptable to what you like and what fits with life. Have fun!
