Lovely run earlier, a peek at trees undergoing senescence

I dislike the days drawing in at this time of the year but getting a run in earlier before yet more rain and a wonderful rainbow 🌈 was a tonic. I didn't get to my camera in time and it's vibrancy faded. The air was cold but refreshing and my mind wandered back to the summer when I struggled at times to run in the heat. We can always find excuses not to run (human nature, I guess!) whether it's too hot/cold/wet. I think to myself just get out there because I always feel better after a run x
