Couch to 5K - W7R3

After having struggled to run a full 25 minutes for the first two runs, I've finally managed to accomplish this feat on Run 3 and will repeat week 7 again to maintain consistency.

I hope everyone is motivated and ready to conquer the Couch to 5K program.

If you're ever feeling down or just lagging a bit just remember we're all different and have our own pace. Don't be afraid to repeat runs and most of all have fun! This is a journey and we should try to enjoy it along the way.

Peace! ✌️

Well done. I found week 7 the toughest week so if you do it twice weeks 8 & 9 should be a little easier for you.Nearly there!!

Congratulations to you and thanks for the encouraging words. You are so right-our runs are our own and we don’t need to compare or struggle to fit a mould.

I also found week 7 a tough one. I think lots of people do-for me it was when all the runs of the programme caught up with me and I was just tired. We’re most definitely not alone! Glad you’ve found a way to make it work for you and wishing you a good week of runs.

As you’re new, I’ll just flag up the program guide with lots of hints and tips.
