My first Parkrun 🥰

Hello and well done to everyone that has been running this week! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Also big thank you Mummycav 💐and Folkylass 💐for the graduate posts and all the information and ideas you throw at us - I read you faithfully every week 😊Quick update on my side! I have completed my consolidation run number 10, which has been my first Parkrun! And I loved it 🥰🥰🥰

This was the first time I run for over 30 minutes, actually it took me 36 minutes to complete the 5k, and they were the muddiest and hill-iest 36 minutes of my life 😅😅😅 but it was great fun. New location, a route rather than my customary laps, and lots of people and dogs made for a fantastic experience!

So far, after graduation, I have done:

- 1 walk jog with my daughter 👍🏼

- 8 thirty min runs whilst in Spain 🏃🏻‍♀️🥵

- 1 Parkrun today in England 🌳❤️

My plan going forward is to do one 30 min run AND one Parkrun a week for the next few weeks.

🤣 it's a tourist parkrun for me Naturesweapon ! Only when I'm visiting relatives but it is a lovely course with super friendly volunteers.
