So after the strange feelings after R1 of the second week, I'm pleased to say I managed the second run and felt better. Not absolutely buzzing, just better. And I've now downloaded Strava and trying to get my head around how to actually use it. (I do have an old school fit bit but it constantly needs charged up, hence why I went for the app and it ties in with another challenge I'm contributing towards). Does anyone have experience of using Strava and any tips about how to get the best out of it?
Still need to look at developing my breathing technique but appreciate that this is probably a time given thing.
Keep it up folks!

Linked with a watch...mine is a Garmin I really enjoy the whole package.
There is a C25K Strava group there too...Just explore and think what you would like to use it for?
The breathing...? We have so many discussions about this and for may, many of us the end result is... just do it the way you do all the time... without overthinking and without trying to change anything.
