I was gearing up to start run 2 week 6!this morning and noticed that the app wasn’t working. Usually, you tap on run now, then you go through your brisk walk of 5 mins then you start the run. But for some reason, it wouldn’t go any further after I’ve tapped on run now. I carried on with the run but no guidance and wasn’t fun. I’ve tried to switch the phone off and on again but still not working. Bizarre!
Has anyone experience any issues with the app.

it’s so disconcerting when that happens & you can feel quite lost! I can remember it happening to me once or twice. Well done on continuing your run. Perhaps check out run 3 before setting off. I do know it’s best to start with music first before the App & not the other way round. The one positive to take away is that you didn’t let it stop you.. each run is different & we encounter all sorts.. weather, twinges, stitches, mental blocks and so on & when we overcome them we become that much stronger next time.. so much of running is a mind game. Enjoy your next run!
