As the title says, I have decided to move away from my position as Administrator on both the Couch to 5k and also the Bridge to 10k forums. This decision was taken after at least a couple of months thought!
And to be clear, the decision was mine and mine alone, and also has nothing to do with my recent health situations.
I am not leaving HU and will continue to contribute on Both forums.
I thank everyone for their support over the years, it's been fun !
Regards, Ian

Sorry you are leaving the Admin team, but pleased you are staying on HU, have always enjoyed having your response to my posts, a big thank you for all your support.👍
Sad to see you step away Ian, but really happy you will continue to post. Your contribution, both as a member and an admin, has always been such a positive one.
Big thanks to you, Instructor57, for sharing your extensive experience and advice. Best wishes to you for the future, in running and more generally. 🙌🏅🏃👍😀
🍏 Oh Ian this is a sad day! You have contributed so much to these forums in your role! However there are always seasons in our lives & we wish you well. Pleased you will still be with us on HU. Thanks for all your input! Much appreciated! 🏃♂️
Thank you for taking it on - anyone who has ever been an Admin on a really active site like HU knows it's time consuming and often stressful. You did a great job of of it, and I'm glad you will still be contributing as a "regular" member 🙂👍🏻
As many others have said, I am sad to see you stepping back from the Admin, but delighted that you will continue to be around the C25K forum as a "foot soldier".
I can't tell you how much I appreciated your support through my rather tempestous running journey. You'll never know how many times you pulled me back from throwing in the towel and I will always be grateful for that 🙏
Thank you for your time and supportive responses over your time as an administrator. Time to let someone else take over, enjoy your freetime and please continue to impart your years of experience.
