yes all completed and still in a running routine. Managing 6-7 k now so very pleased with the way the programme has helped. I still use the last run commentary to keep me motivated. Yes I would like my virtual badge please.

A few months ago I would never have imagined I could run for 30 mins straight, but I've succeeded and am now planning to run a charity 10K in September.
It will be interesting to see how to make the transition, and move on without the wonderful Steve Cram in my ear encouraging my via the app!
Thanks for all the advice from the wonderful contributors to this forum, I'll be eagerly reading all advice on next steps.
