I done my first run

hi everyone I hope your enjoying your beautiful weekend .

this morning I did my first c24k run and I thought I would struggle. But to my surprise I didn’t . It’s amazing how each of our body’s can do something and yet our minds telling you different. I enjoyed my run this morning and I can’t wait for my next run 🏃‍♀️

It felt great felt free ect . I used to run in my teens and loved it but then I had children and ended up with no motivation for running. Now at 46 joined the gym and now running I have never felt this good in a long time best thing I have ever done is start running again ❤️❤️❤️🏃‍♀️💪😍
