I have been doing Couch-to-5K to improve my physical and mental health, there has been challenges at times but I have just completed week 5, run 3, surprised and impressed with running for 20 minutes and hope to complete this.Wish me luck πŸ™

Excellent progress!That's a great run to complete.

Take your time with week 6 runs 1 and 2 as they often catch people out with going back to intervals.

Oh, and you don't need luck, just trust the programme and yourself 😁
