Any advice on the transition from treadmill to outside? My 5k is June 3rd.

I would just try a run outside and see how comfortable it feels. You may need to build up to 5k outside.

I did C25K then worked up to 10K on the treadmill. Then I headed outside
I did try a few runs outside while I was working up, but in the end I did it in two weeks when I went on holiday and ran every other day.
It was different, I can't deny it, but you've put the work in and you shouldn't have too much difficulty. Just find somewhere flat to start and get some "outside legs" in.
