I recently started c25k again after completing it in March 2020. My goal was to do Park runs but of course they stopped in March 2020. I lost motivation and didn’t run again after that until now. I started from the beginning again and was surprised that I could still complete the short runs. It is still a challenge and I’m nervous of week 5 which I will start next week, but I know I have done it before so hopefully can do it again. Just sharing as it will be great to get back involved with the chat to try and keep motivation up! I have always found it hard to keep doing regular exercise but I’m determined to keep it going somehow once I’ve graduated again!

Great to see you working through the programme again !Might be worth another look through the programme guide.

No reason to feel nervous about week 5

It's just another week with another 3 runs !

You have done it once so I'm sure you will smash it !

Don't let it get into your head 🙂

Hi, I'm also About to start again after a similar break, also signed up for a park run but never quite got there. I think it's getting out the door again for that first run, so planning to start tomorrow!! You're doing well and you'll manage the 20mns fine, I remember the joy of achieving it the last time!

Congrats for coming back to it (I'm another repeater), the advantage of repeating is that you KNOW you can do it, so the mental battle is a bit easier. Good luck!
