After a bit of weather, washing up and winter festivities which have held up my progress, today dawned bright and dry.

I felt a bit ploddy, must be the extra calories weighing me down, but I got the trainers on , out of the door and did my first slow 30 min run.

Hoping for fair winds and fewer meals to get me to run3….looking forward to reporting when I’m there.

Well done you... slow, steady and simply letting the run happen, will take you exactly where you want to be x

I think a fair few of us are feeling a bit, er, weighed down after Christmas! It’ll pass. Those runs will motivate us into eating well.

Two to go! Get ready for some serious celebrating! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏅
