Thank you!! Just shows how well the programme works - I only repeated two runs, but had some minor surgery in week 4 and slipped on the ice bumping my head in week 7! This forum has been great too and really helped with motivation, so thank you to all the admin 👏🏻
Good Afternoon-a bit late in the day due to strong bursts of rain that prevented me going out… I’ve done it. Week9 run3. Super proud of self and amazed tbh. I’m no spring chicken!
Please could I have my virtual graduation and receive the Graduate Badge on here.
Thank you.
And thank you for all the time you and the others put into this forum. It’s appreciated.
aw this is what I was looking for! I graduated this morning and absolutely delighted with the progress I’ve made! Thank you to everyone in the forum. I’ve not posted/commented before but the information throughout the forum has been so helpful, spurring me on to continue putting one foot in front of the other 🏃🏼♀️
Hello! I finally finished week 9 this week! So thrilled and proud of myself as really didn’t think I’d make it! I’ve loved reading everyone’s post on here and have found it so encouraging when other people were going through the same ups and downs as me 👏🏃♀️🧡🎉
Apologies for being brief. I’d already posted about completing this morning. Feeling rather euphoric and grateful for people like you who’ve helped me on my way.
No problem, the thing is no admin in the team will catch every single post on the forums!Which is why we have a dedicated badge post each month so this can often be the first time we are aware that someone has completed the program 🙂
So, very well done , it's a great achievement, enjoy your running future 🙂
Hello! I completed the programme on Monday and I’m so excited because i never thought i could finish the programme or even be a runner but i did it! Just looking forward to running a bit faster now😄
4 restarts and nearly 2 years after I started I have finally completed the programme! No stopping me now! This forum really is an amazing resource. Thank you for helping so many.
