OK wish I could take my own advise here it's -4 and thought it would be a good idea till I hit an untreated section and was like Bambi on ice

It's just not worth it going to use a gym treadmil till this snap is over

It’s so hard at the moment with the icy weather. I had a bad fall last week (not on ice-it was just unlucky) and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it! Hopefully you managed to avoid an injury and I totally agree with your advice to exercise in another way. Thanks for sharing.

completely treacherous here and no gritters all week so no running but having a good few walks it’s safer 🥶⛄️ London doesn’t do snow 😂 this is after a week it’s usually slush after a day!!

Yes, I totally agree - I was a bit undecided this am when I went out with my dog. I decided on a visit to the gym for a treadmill run - so glad I did, as I listened to Coach Bennett on how to use the treadmill properly!! 😃
