Well it looks like shin splints might stop me from graduating this year! It’s taken me 12 weeks to get to week 9 so I’ve taken it easy. Am doing some cross training on the bike trainer - finally got my head around Zwift and am enjoying being on the bike for the first time in a couple of years, funny where fate takes you! Best of all after getting so far with c25k was that even though I’m on the metaphorical couch where as previously I’d have sat down on the actual couch since starting this programme I wanted to be active. A big shift in mindset

Argh, so sorry to hear that. I’m there too after a fall. Sending solidarity in injury. Your couch looks particularly lovely with the blanket and the gorgeous dog!
Here’s hoping that it’s just a short stay and you’re back out running soon. Take it slowly-the runs will wait until you’re ready (as I was told by a wise person on here!).
Thanks! Mine was before the snow hit-obviously I’m ahead of the game!! Caught a drain cover mid stride and came down heavily. Such a pain. Ah well, it’s nice to have company while I’m stuck at home!
Hmm…dogs on the sofa dilemma. I’d resort to bribery to get them to move but I’m a total soft touch!
