Tim’s Run. Location - Manor Park

My run around the ‘mean streets’ of Manor Park, East London was done in Tim’s honour today. The encouragement from the whole HU community was so important to me during C25K but it has to be said that a response from Tim was something special. If a person’s ‘worth’ is measured by the positive impact they have/had on other people’s lives then Tim was priceless beyond compare - but then we all knew that already.

I think each run I do now will be a run with Tim in mind. To be honest I think it will be impossible NOT to think of him.
